Ed K Posted May 7, 2021 Report Share Posted May 7, 2021 I've been using nitro pro since last November. I installed an update to fix persistent error message 401. The download that installed now says the installation is a trial. I can't find the email that has my serial number (which I had copied to my clipboard but was erased when I restarted). Please help.
