New Machine, cannot deactivate old and activate new

Hi bought new machine and attempted to deactivate my license on old machine and activate on new machine.  when I look up my license it says:

 

Serial Number	*removed by me*
Version	12
Status	Active
Number of Activations	0
Number of Activations Allowed	2

 

Not sure what to do here!  I know it is activated on 2 machines already.  The one I am trying to deactivate on is not allowing me to do so.

We have upgraded our servers and has shutdown the one your older version of Nitro Pro runs on so please just install Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 on the new machine using below direct MSI links:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number 234600-xxxxxx-919860
