cannot activate on Clone of HDD after a HDD failure on same pc

My disk failed and I had to go to a clone of the disk on my computer (disk was only thing that changed).  Nitro failed to activate with an "information box" saying unknown error after entering my license key and clicking activate button.

Also, pro 6 really suits my needs....what are the features for v13???
