Computer Died and need to add Nitro Pro to new computer

My computer died completely and to purchase a new computer.  I downloaded the app and entered in my License number, which it did not recognize.  I went to Nitro support and entered my license number and it says it is active and to deactivate.  When I click the deactivate button it says to select the devices to deactivate, but there is nothing to select.  Then it says to submit a support ticket, which takes me back to the same page - I am stuck in an endless loop.    It says number of activations allowed: 2 and the number of activations is 0, but yet I am unable to activate on my new computer.
