John Cline Posted May 16, 2021 Report Share Posted May 16, 2021 I am getting some serious buyers remorse on this product....but anyway.... I started up nitro PDF to do some work....i get this: "there was a connection issue if you use a proxy....etc...." I am not on a proxy and the internet works fine (i am on this forum right?)....thats the first issue. The second is try again does the same thing. The third issues is if you click manual you are prompted to put your serial number in the space...click next...and you are given instructions to go to your activation web page and put this cert in there to get another cert....but there is nothing in the certification area to copy to put in the web page. I have done a repair, no change. I have unistalled reinstalled...no change i follow the instructions on your aactivation help page...no change. So there you have it...i need to do homework and work work but I cant because the client is not active....I need this working like right now...little help?
