Attempted to re-activate but error code 24 was received. Uninstalled, removed files, rebooted and reinstalled (using fresh download of NitroPro12) Same error code occurred. Please uninstall Nitro completely (all versions installed) and delete all previously downloaded installers from your downloads folder. Then reinstall the latest Nitro Pro 12 update. Note, that it should be version 12, not 13: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number. I hope this helps.
