Server Error in '/' Application when manual activating

Hi,

 

I have some Nitro Pro 10 licenses.

After a while, one user's software went back to Trial mode and was asked to activate the license again.

We tried but faced an error "-24: Activation Error"

I then switched to manual activation and faced this error:

"

Server Error in '/' Application.

 

The resource cannot be found.

Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Requested URL: /ECOSYSTEM/ActivationServer/tiactivate/default.aspx

 

 

Version Information: Microsoft .NET Framework Version:4.0.30319; ASP.NET Version:4.7.3282.0

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

Kindly note that we have upgraded our servers and has shutdown the one your older version of Nitro Pro runs on so please just install Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 using below direct MSI links:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/vlp/nitro_pro12_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/vlp/nitro_pro12_x64.msi 

To know if you have 32-bit or 64-bit, please refer to this article:

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number 23460x-xxxxxx-546678

Hi Allain,

Thanks for the help.

I have another two Nitro 10 licenses.

Can I do the same for these. I have sent you the other two licenses for checks.

In the meantime, I will try get approval to move to NitroPro 13 if required.

Yes you may use the same installers for the other serial numbers you have sent me privately.
