Activation issues

Some while ago I had problems with my version of Nitro Pro. I spent quite some time trying to fix it using feedback from this site this application. Unfortunately, I couldn't fix it and gave up.

I now need to fix it and have followed some of the more recent advice on here. So I have deinstalled NP and reinstalled (didn't work), cleared all the downloads and reinstalled NP19 and used my serial number provided when I purchased NP last year, but still cant get it to work.

I need to fix this promptly as I have work to do which required NP - please help!

Thank you for posting on our Community Forums!

I checked your records. You purchased a Nitro Pro 13 serial number.

Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.
NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them.

When your system is back up, close all your open applications and install Nitro Pro from the page I have provided below:

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number for version 13.
