How to upgrade from Nitro Pro 9.5.4.22 to Nitro Pro 13

I am current using Nitro Pro 9.5.4.22 and wish to upgrade to Nitro Pro 13.  However, when I populate the Serial Number it is directing me to write to you on this forum.  Kindly advise. Thank you
