deactivation, installation on new pc

i have changed pc but first i deactivated Nitro 12 Pro on old pc. Therefore i installed  Nitro 12.1.6 PRO. I made activation with my serial number but i have an error: -24:Activation error...

Trial version is ending ... i don' t find support mail or anything else...

Nitro Version is right x64 for windows10...

someone can help me...? thanks very much

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?
