jeff herman Posted May 25, 2021 Report Share Posted May 25, 2021 I have Nitro VIP Access and suddenly find that Nitro is deactivated. When trying to get support I am asked for a serial number. What is this and where do I find it. It is not stated on invoices or any other documents from Cleverbridge - I have activation keys but these get rejected as serial numbers!!!!
