Installation on a new PC

Hello everyone :)

I have changed my pc but first i deactivated Nitro 12 Pro on my old pc. Then i installed  Nitro PRO. I made an activation with my serial number but i get the continuous error: -24: Activation error...

Nitro Version is right x64 for windows10, and on your license check tool it said that two activations were still available, and none used.

My Customer Number is 1549xxxxx.

What can i do about this? It seems broken someway.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 12?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
