Activating License

Good Day All

I had Nitro Installed on my old Laptop I Live in South Africa and one of our fellow South Africans decided that they need the laptop more than me. Broke into car and stole it.
 

Now my question how do I reactivate my Nitro I had Nitro 12 do I have tot buy a new license I have the serial and everything but just cant activate it.

Please send me the serial number so I can check and manually deactivate it so you can reuse it.

our website. If you purchased Nitro Pro from our website please provide us with the following information so we can look up your account.

1.    First and last name of purchaser
2.    Email address used purchase Nitro
3.    Order reference number

If you did not purchase Nitro from our website and have the CD your serial number will be located on the back of the CD sleeve. It may be labelled as Activation Code.
(Please keep in mind that if you purchased Nitro from a re-seller we will not have the information on our systems)
