I installed Nitro Pro 12 and tried to activate but received -24 Activation Error. I followed the steps online to find the license, entered my serial number, the license was found and the instructions said press "deactivate" to be able to activate on the new license. When I press deactivate, I get an error asking me to select a device to deactivate, but there is no device to select. The current device has never been activated. The previous device is dead. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update so you can reactivate successfully: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
