Jim Wiggins Posted May 31, 2021 Report Share Posted May 31, 2021 When I try and de-activate Nitro Pro from my old PC, it comes up with an error - 24E: Activation Error I have tried to de-activate online and when I enter the S/No and click deactivate, it has a pop up message saying "Please select devices to deactivate." but there is nowhere to select a device. It also tells me I have no activations and 2 activations allowed. So I installed on the new laptop, but when I enter the S/No it says the serial number does not exist. Please help. We recommend to upgrade to our latest version, V13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. I used the installer from my original purchase of Nitro Pro 12. Do I need to uninstall it and use one of the links above? I'll send you my serial number by private message. Thanks!
