Jim Wiggins Posted May 31, 2021 Report Share Posted May 31, 2021 When I try and de-activate Nitro Pro from my old PC, it comes up with an error - 24E: Activation Error I have tried to de-activate online and when I enter the S/No and click deactivate, it has a pop up message saying "Please select devices to deactivate." but there is nowhere to select a device. It also tells me I have no activations and 2 activations allowed. So I installed on the new laptop, but when I enter the S/No it says the serial number does not exist. Please help.
