False "trial ended" messages

Why do I repeatedly get messages that my free trial has ended when I own my copy of the program?

Why do I repeatedly have to reinstall the software to get it to recognize my status.

Is it just me, or is this type of problem chronic with Nitro?

We are pleased to inform you that we have released a recent build that addresses this reverting to 'Expired Trial' issue so kindly update using below direct installers for the most updated build:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13381739/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13381739/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi 
 
After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number 5049xx-xxxxxx-073617

Should the program reverted to 'Trial' or 'Expired Trial' again, please do not hesitate to reach-out again by replying to this thread.
