At the 6 computers which are in use, we can't see the serial numbers. Some computers with Nitro Pro are broken, so we can´t see the serial numbers and cant´deactivate. With that, support for the discontinued versions are no longer available. If you are interested in upgrading each v10 and v11 licenses to Nitro Pro 13 with discounted rate, kindly access our Upgrade Portal and enter your serial numbers: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade Alternatively, you can upgrade them to the latest build of Nitro Pro 12.
