Geoff Kippax Posted June 9, 2021 Report Share Posted June 9, 2021 Hi, Seem to have successfully deactivated Nitro Pro version 10 from old PC, however license portal is showing that we 0 activations of version 12 and 2 remaining attempts. On the new PC the activation fails, and the manual activation process says to copy the new installation ID in to www.nitropdf.com/activation - however that link redirects to https://www.internetactivation.com/ECOSYSTEM/ActivationServer/tiactivate/default.aspx and results in an error "Server error in '/' Application. The resource cannot be found". The license help page locates my license as noted above, but does not provide a means of activating it on the new PC and does not provide a link to download version 12 which the license now seems to be valid for.
