Error 401

Hello,

I've been having an issue where when I launch Nitro Pro 12 I receive the following: "An error has occurred within our system. Please try again or contact support if this error persists. (Error 401)."

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and am running version 12.16.9.574

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I understand that you are getting a 401 error when opening Nitro Pro. Could you please try the steps below and let me know the results?

1. Open your Nitro Pro then close the 401 error message if it shows up. 
2. At the top right, click the Logout then close Nitro Pro.
3. Open Nitro Pro then click the Login button and login using your Nitro Sign account.

Before we proceed with additional troubleshooting, could you please provide the serial number you used to activate the software?
