Activation error -24

Hi, 

I am trying to activate my nitro pdf12 on another computer, but had an error " -24:Activation Error"

I am allowed to activate 2 activation..

Please be aware that we have upgraded our servers and has shutdown the one your older version of Nitro Pro runs on so please install Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 using below direct MSI links:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number 234600-xxxxxx-738726

Thank you for the response. After I installed the Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574, the  Nitro is already activated, the serial is already there. I am not sure why this is happened.

I think maybe because during my previous installation before I got the error (?), Anway, Thank you very much for the support. I post if found any probems..
