Andrew Hossack Posted June 14, 2021 Report Share Posted June 14, 2021 Good day - I have had to re-install Windows and have been de-registered from Nitro - I have tried to reinstall my license key however it mentions that I need to deactivate 2 computers first. There is no option from where I can deregister. Can you please help in deactivation and then the relicense? Please let me know where I can supply my serial number. Thanks. We have upgraded our servers and has shutdown the one your older version of Nitro Pro runs on so please install Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 using below direct MSI links: x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi To know if you have 32-bit or 64-bit, please refer to this article:https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/15056/windows-32-64-bit-faq After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number 234601-xxxxxx-468634.
