When I go to upgrade the Nitro wesite (https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade) it tells me the serial number has already been upgraded but our computers are still operating on version 10.5.9.9. How to I upgrade when it says I already have? Where do I find the new serial numbers for Version 13 as they start with the number 5? Thank you in advance for the help. In order to further check your account records, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro that resulted to an error message it is already upgraded??
