When I go to upgrade the Nitro wesite (https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade) it tells me the serial number has already been upgraded but our computers are still operating on version 10.5.9.9. How to I upgrade when it says I already have? Where do I find the new serial numbers for Version 13 as they start with the number 5? Thank you in advance for the help.
