Glenn Tinturin
Convert to Word or even plain text causes NitroPro to crash. I have version 13.24.1.467 on Windows 10's latest update. I sent in all the crash reports as they happened. I even tried your online Nitro Sign which, when downloaded, gives me a locked, uneditable version of the file which I need to edit!!! Please advise. Thanks, Glenn 909-663-xxxx Glenn@Tinxxxx.com Edited June 21, 2021 by AllainU

Glenn Tinturin
That update did the job. Thank you very much. Now I still have to clear up the fact that you advertised, and I paid for, an upgrade which included VIP Access, even though your team says I am wrong. I have a quote from the advertisement and, of course, my payment receipt. To whom should I speak about this? Thank you for all your help.
