lrp Posted June 21, 2021 Report Share Posted June 21, 2021 Nitro support, When I launch Nitro Pro 12 I receive the following: "An error has occurred within our system. Please try again or contact support if this error persists. (Error 401)" I'm currently running version 12.16.9.574. This issue has been occurring for several months and I've already 1) Logged out, 2) closed, and 3) reopened Nitro , but this is a temporary fix. Please advise on a resolution.
