Nitro Pro 12 does not print to Brother printer

I have the same problem.
but have version 12.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the Brother printer software and repaired Nitro. But it doesn't change.
In the print queue, the file name of the file to be printed appears without its size and for pages N / A. When I print the file via the context menu, the page number and size appear in the queue and the file is printed. To see all of this I had to stop the printer, otherwise the job sent from Nitro would disappear immediately.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 12.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 12.16.9.574). Same information is available by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Lastly, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?
