Charles Langley Posted July 8, 2021 Report Share Posted July 8, 2021 I have had the same problem as above and finally resolved the issue by using the download link provided above after 2 hours of searching this site. BUT, why do we have to jump through so many hoops to get an update for a paid product with Nitro? Surely the links to the *.msi file could be put on the webpage for valid customers or at least have the *.exe file work without a failure. This is my second update for Nitro Pro 13 & I had similar problems for the last update. Or add a working link from the "Help" menu within the product.
