Prab Mahairhu Posted June 23, 2021 Report Share Posted June 23, 2021 Hi, I had Nitro PDF 22.214.171.1241 installed on my laptop and just recently had to upgrade to a new laptop. I did the deactivation process on the old laptop but when trying to active on the newer laptop it would error. I've tried over a dozen times and re-read the instructions. There is another post that mentioned that the Nitro Team can fix the error on their side so the serial key can be reactivated on a new laptop. Can anyone please advise?
