Prab Mahairhu Posted June 23, 2021 Report Share Posted June 23, 2021 Hi, I had Nitro PDF 11.0.5.271 installed on my laptop and just recently had to upgrade to a new laptop. I did the deactivation process on the old laptop but when trying to active on the newer laptop it would error. I've tried over a dozen times and re-read the instructions. There is another post that mentioned that the Nitro Team can fix the error on their side so the serial key can be reactivated on a new laptop. Can anyone please advise? Looking you account records, I can see you have upgraded your Nitro pro 11 with serial number 234600-xxxxxx-338944 to Nitro Pro 13 with serial number 504906-xxxxxx-222844 Last October 22, 2020. When an upgrade happens, the older version gets deactivated on our end and users are provided with a new license to match their upgrade version. Instead of installing Nitro Pro 11, please install Nitro Pro 13 using the installers below on your new machine: x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13423855/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13423855/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi To know if you have 32-bit or 64-bit, please refer to this article:https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/15056/windows-32-64-bit-faq After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your NEW serial number.
