jose maria bulnes Posted June 23, 2021 Report Share Posted June 23, 2021 I have the same problem, I have a license for Nitro 12, when I trie to upgrade to Nitro 13 I got this message We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue. I have trie several times.
