Pro 12 will no longer recognize my license

Hi,

I could not open nitro pro 12 and tried to install nitro pro 13  but it would not accept the serial number. So I tried to uninstall it and install 12 again but now it says that 13 is still installed and I am now stuck without access to the program. is their a way to cleanup whatever is still leftover and reinstall nitro 12 or 13 with my serial number?

Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them.

When your system is back up, close all your open applications and install Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 from the page I have provided below:

Hi Leslie,

Thanks for responding to my post. I tried the cleanup tool that was in the link and it ran the script and then tried to install the Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 but the installer would not install because it said that "a later version of Nitro Pro is already installed" Which as I mentioned before I tried to get to work with my serial license number but it didn't work. Nitro Pro 13 appears not to uninstall. Any further help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello Philip,

If the cleanup tool does not uninstall Nitro Pro 13, please try using the MS Fixit tool to remove it completely.

Then try reinstalling Nitro Pro 12 again.
