Purchase Product Updates

I have recently upgraded to Nitro Pro 13. However, I missed checking on the Product Updates add-on offered on the ordering page. It was only later that I found that I had made the upgrade without buying the accompanying Product Updates add-on offered for a year.

Is there any way that I can purchase this separately?

P.S.: Can you let me know what I get with the purchase of Nitro Pro 13? Can I only download and install the version I currently have with no access to future updates within the same version? Or, can I download and install all updates released in the future for the current version of Nitro Pro i.e. version 13?
