When attempting to convert Word -> PDF (Convert or combine) the progress bar just stops and will not process.  Interestingly, it works when converting from the Word plugin?

Nitro Pro: 12.16.9.574

Windows Server 2019

I have attempted to repair the program and it has not corrected the issue.  Causing a major headache for 120 users

Hello @David Gerhart,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

For me to better assist you on troubleshooting this issue, could you please provide me with the following?:

-Is your Windows Server 2019 PHYSICAL machine or VIRTUALIZED (e.g. XenServer, VMWare, Hyper-V, Azure or Amazon WorkSpace)?

-Is the server's operating system installed as STREAMED (e.g. Citrix Provisioning Services or Machine Creation Services or Standard Microsoft Remote Desktop Server)?

-Is Nitro Pro installed on the Windows Server 2019 as STREAMED (e.g. using App-V or ThinApp)?

-Do your users have physical machines? If yes, how are they logging into the thin client? My understanding is that, once they logged onto their physical machines, they have a desktop shortcut where they have to login to gain access of a Thin client. Or maybe after logging in to their desktop/laptop, it logs automatically inside the Thin client?

-The serial number of your Nitro Pro 12

To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks for getting back - Details sent via private message but for post purposes:

Windows 2019 Virtual Server

Standard Remote Desktop Session Host Server

Standard application install (Not App-V etc.)

Logging in via RDP links to connect to the session host farm.  There are a few servers in the farm, from testing it appears none of them work to convert/combine the Word documents.  Specific to Word conversion only it seems.  Thanks!
