PATTI SMITH Posted June 30, 2021 Report Share Posted June 30, 2021 I recently upgraded to Nitro Pro 12. It worked fine at first. Now every time I try to open a PDF I get Error 401 "An error has occurred within our system. Please try again or contact support if this error persists".
