Terry Valle Posted July 1, 2021 Report Share Posted July 1, 2021 Trying to upgrading from Nitro Pro 12 to 13. Copied serial number from the email I received when I last upgraded to 12. Have tried several times but getting the following error "We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue". What steps do I need to take to get this resolved? Thank you.
