deactivating a user seat on a computer that I dont have access to anymore

I bought a new computer and I want to use Nitro PDF. and my old computer is not booting up anymore , when I try to install nitro on my new computer it says I reached my maximum number of installations allowed. 

How do I deactivate Nitro on the old computer if the old computer is broken?

To further assist you, kindly release an activation by going to our Activation Portal below and entering your Nitro Pro serial number: https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal 

Then you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number and clicking Activate.
