Unable to deactivate existing licence after computer re-imaged

Hello there,

My laptop unexpectedly crashed and my Nitro licence was not de-activated at the time of the crash. When I enter the serial code into the lookup portal, it finds it and notes 0/2 activations, but it does not allow me to select a licence and press de-activate, and generates a pop-up that says "Please select devices to de-activate".

It was an issue of uninstalling version 13 and re-installing version 12. Resolved by reading your other forum topics. Thanks!
