Rebecca Ying Posted July 5, 2021 Report Share Posted July 5, 2021 Hello there, My laptop unexpectedly crashed and my Nitro licence was not de-activated at the time of the crash. When I enter the serial code into the lookup portal, it finds it and notes 0/2 activations, but it does not allow me to select a licence and press de-activate, and generates a pop-up that says "Please select devices to de-activate".
