Thames Utility Brokers Posted July 22, 2021 Report Share Posted July 22, 2021 Please can someone advise on this. I have a serial from version 10.5.9.9 on the old machine. The serial is not recognised when I key it in on the latest version on the new machine. Yes I have read somewhere about deactivating it on the old machine and then having to upload a new file but the old machine is really not working properly and this will be difficult. I have paid for the subscription so this really shouldn't be that difficult. If I need to uprade, I can do if the cost is minimal and it enables me to put it on the new machine.
