Trotz Deaktivierung kann ich Nitro pro nicht aktivieren

ear Nitro Pro community! 

I honestly do not know what to do. In short the description of my problem. 

Nitro Pro running on old computer. Deactivated there to get license free again. Also when entering the license at the URL below everything is free. 0 of 2 activations. There also again deactivated.

Entered license number on new computer and get penetrating error message "Serial number does not exist"? I do not understand.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.44.0.896). The same information is available by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Lastly, please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro you are having issue activating.
