Add Tab or Shortcut Keys to Access Left-Hand Panel

Hi —

Is there a way to expand and access the left-hand panel where bookmarks etc. are held?  I would like to be able to tab back and forth between the list of bookmarks and the main document without having to use the mouse. Would be very handy when bookmarking a large document to quickly flip back and forth.  Acrobat DC provides F6 and Alt-F6 as a general-use tab key to move between different sections of screen, but I haven't seen anything like that here, yet. I'm new.

I know you can create custom keyboard shortcuts but haven't seen "panel access" as an assignable item.

I know you can use Ctrl+B to create a bookmark, but I'm talking about just opening the panel to see the bookmarks.

Also, is there a way to assign a keystroke to rename a bookmark?  Acrobat uses F2, but here that's assigned to something else. Again, trying to avoid using a mouse and right-click.
