We have Nitro Pro installed and are having some users, including myself, that if trying to log into the application, we get a message that says "Please try again later".


Logging into online works with no issues.

Hi @Mike Handal,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

There is a bug present in certain builds of Nitro Pro 13, present in Nitro Pro 13.35 and Nitro Pro 13.38 for certain, where a single log in attempt to Nitro Sign through Nitro Pro with an incorrect password will lock the Nitro Sign account out for 5 minutes. The User will be met with an error stating they cannot be logged in and to 'Please try again later'.

Kindly note that we have fixed this with the release of 13.42 so please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 13.

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
