Nitro crashes when I print

When I try to print from Nitro (to an actual printer, not print to pdf), Nitro crashes, doesn't print anything, and then re-opens.  Two of my organization's users are experiencing this same issue.  We are on version Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574.

So that we can troubleshoot the problem, please provide me with the following:

• Please send us the specific brand and model and the type of printer drivers in use (PS, PCL, KX, etc)
• Please send us the file you are trying to print for testing
• Please specify the exact steps you are taking
• Some screenshots would be very helpful as well

Leslie, the printer is a TASKalfa 2550ci and the driver is PCL XL.  The problem isn't for just one file, but for any file opened in Nitro.  The exact steps are:  1.  I open a pdf file.  2.  I select File, Print, Print.  The print dialog box opens and shows 1% but then pauses and Nitro crashes.  Nitro automatically opens back up but without any files open.

Please let me know.
