File Corruption

Netlogic Support

My client is running Nitro Pro version 12.16.9.574 and they continuously are running into situations when the PDFs their working on become corrupted. No other users within the organization are running into this problem. We tried Windows/hardware updates, Uninstalling/reinstalling Nitro pro, making sure Windows did not have OS corruption. What suggestions would you suggest that can resolve this issue? If there is more information you need me to provide, please let me know.
