Moving from old machine to new Machine

I am attempting to move Nitro v12 from my old computer to my new machine

 

I was able to deactivate on the old machine, but i'm stuck in a loop on the new computer. It brings me to a place where it gives me an ID, asked me to go to a website to activate but the website is dead.

 

How do i go about entering my serial number back into my software to make this work?

I understand that you have Nitro PDF Pro v12 installed on the old computer. Please provide the following information so we could better assist you:

1. Your Nitro PDF Pro serial number.
2. The exact version and build of the software installed on the new computer. This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.

You can close this ticket - I had a dated version of the program and downloaded the latest version/build and it works now!
