Manual Activation Not Working, Can't Get Activation Certificate

I have a serial key I'm trying to activate for one of my employees. I used to be able to get to the screen where it just asks for the serial number but not I'm being redirected to manual installation where it requires me to go to nitropdf.com/activation which leads to nothing good.

I have a Nitro Pro 12 serial number and the version I am running is 12.16.3.574. Please just let me send my serial number in private so it can be activated without an activation certificate.

I can send in more information as needed just please respond as soon as possible!!!

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please update your Nitro PDF Pro 12 installation to 12.16.9.574 build so you could proceed with the activation using your existing version 12 serial number. 

The Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 installer can be located from the following location:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. 

Once that build is installed, you should be able to activate using your current version 12 serial number. The activation should proceed with the usual activation process (Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate) and not through the manual activation.
