Can not Activate Nitro 11

Trying to activate our Nitro 11 licenses and getting stuck in the support loop "For assistance directly to our Support team (Activation option for our non-VIP business customers) and we will gladly assist you" Which loops back on itself and doesn't go anywhere.

To get a successful activation using that serial number, please install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574. 
The Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 installer can be located from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link (not the Nitro Pro 13) 

After installing Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, you should be able to activate by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click the Activate button.
