I purchased Nitro several years ago and really like the software. Need help getting NITRO installed and activated? I tried all the suggested steps from installing Nitro again and visitng https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal but nothing seems to work. HELP please.... Your Nitro PDF Pro serial number. 2. If you have successfully installed Nitro PDF Pro, please provide which version and build is installed. This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If the installation was not successful, kindly provide a screenshot of the error message. Eduardo Sousa Posted September 1, 2021 Author Report Share Posted September 1, 2021 Reymund, I was able to install Nitro. However, every time I launch the software an "error occurred within our system" window pops up. I just go ahead and close the window and then I can use the software as usual. Regarding the error message when launching the software, could you please take a screenshot? Does the error message contains a 401 error code? Please try the steps below and observe if the error message persists: 1. Open your Nitro PDF Pro then close the 401 error message if it shows up. 2. At the top right, click the Logout then close Nitro Pro. 3. Open Nitro PDF Pro then click the Login button and login using your Nitro Sign account. Dan Lichok Posted September 27, 2021 Report Share Posted September 27, 2021 I purchased NITROPRO, and I went to activate it, but I never received any activation code or license number, when I go to the "Need Help Activating Nitro Pro?" Explain to me how I am to provide you the requested Serial Number, when I haven't a clue, since it was NEVER sent to me, so that I can obtain the activation code. I have no way to speak with a human, no way to send anything to you, other than sitting with my thumb up my ass waiting for a response from, you on this Forum, great customer service and support. My apologies if you did not receive the serial number after purchasing the license. The details of the license is usually sent to the email address you use when you purchase the license. Sometimes, that email is being filtered to the spam/junk mail folder. Please check those folders and see if the email was filtered there. If there's no email related to your license purchase, could you please tell if this is a recent purchase? And, what is the email address you use when you purchase the Nitro PDF Pro license?
