Brian S Posted August 30, 2021 Report Share Posted August 30, 2021 We had Nitro Pro installed on a computer that recently died, we replaced the failed computer with a new computer. Nitro Pro was installed on the new computer but we cannot active it as we have zero activations left and we cannot release the license from the computer that died.
