Computer died, installed Nitro Pro on new computer and cannot activate

We had Nitro Pro installed on a computer that recently died, we replaced the failed computer with a new computer.

Nitro Pro was installed on the new computer but we cannot active it as we have zero activations left and we cannot release the license from the computer that died.

Not seeing a way to release the license other then to contact support.

Please provide your Nitro PDF Pro serial number so we could check its activation records, include as well the exact version and build of Nitro PDF Pro that you installed on the new computer. This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.

Is there a specific e-mail address I could get to send this information to? I'm in the same position, can't get in touch with anyone and the website the software tries to contact seems to be down.
