Moving Pc's and cannot activate

Moving from old pc to new pc but now unable to reactivate

 

followed on screen instructions to find License which it does then asks me to deactivate but then says" Please select licences to deactivate"

There is nowhere to select the licence and when we get directed to a web page we get an  error where the page never loads

cannot deactivate for the same reason....tried the page on multiple PC's and our phones 

Please help

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

Thank you for the private message.

To transfer your Nitro Pro 12, you can find the its installer from our page https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number 23460x-xxxxxx-614742
