Is Nitro Pro 11 already obsolete

I have Nitro Pro 11, which my receipt show 2 installs allowed. SN 234***************

I am trying now to install which is not working. My impression from the forums is that v11 is no longer supported. Is this correct? I cannot manually install the program I purchased from you 3 years ago on my new machine? Am I understanding correctly? I have to purchase a $90 upgrade for both machines? Please tell me you guys are not doing that!!

My sincere apologies for the inconvenience this issue has caused. Your version 11 serial number is still active and it is a perpetual license.
To resolve this activation issue, please uninstall the existing Nitro PDF Pro on your computer then install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574.

You can find Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 installer from the link below and activate it with your current version 11 serial number.

After installing Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, you should be able to activate using your existing serial number.
To activate, open Nitro PDF Pro then go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click the Activate button.
