John Quirk Posted September 15, 2021 Report Share Posted September 15, 2021 (edited) I have tried to open a photo from my photo album but I am told that the file is not recognized and a message saying: "Computer\Pictures\2018-04\20 180409_095532(2).jpg could not be opened because it is an unsupported File type or has been damaged." What can I do to open a picture please?
