Paul Gilpin Posted September 17, 2021 Report Share Posted September 17, 2021 I've been using Nitro Pro for many years and currently on version 13. I have license number. Recently Nitro started saying "There was a connection issue." every time I opened it. Manual activation does not work. After clicking "Manual" and entering license number in the "OFFLINE ACTIVATION" page and clicking "Next", there is no certificate on the next page. Also, the link on that page is not functional. I did get to the deactivation page and deactivated my computer so I now have two activations available and zero used. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial.
