Activation Assistant doesn't work. No Certificate generated.

I've been using Nitro Pro for many years and currently on version 13. I have license number.  Recently Nitro started saying "There was a connection issue." every time I opened it. Manual activation does not work. After clicking "Manual" and entering license number in the "OFFLINE ACTIVATION" page and clicking "Next", there is no certificate on the next page. Also, the link on that page is not functional. I did get to the deactivation page and deactivated my computer so I now have two activations available and zero used.

Hello Paul,

This was an issue in one of our older builds.

Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads 
After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial.
